Overview

The Home tab is your quick snapshot of what is happening inside DMCRM.

This page helps you quickly see your lead activity, track your recent momentum, and jump into a simple action that can help you move more conversations forward.

Think of the Home tab as your daily starting point.

What You Can See On The Home Tab

The Home tab gives you a quick overview of your DMCRM activity, including:

  • Total leads

  • New leads from the last 7 days

  • New leads from the last 30 days

  • Total Focus Sessions completed

  • Focus Sessions completed in the last 7 days

  • Focus Sessions completed in the last 30 days

  • A Quick Win action to help you take the next productive step

Leads Section

The Leads section shows how many contacts you have added to DMCRM.

A lead is usually created when you tag someone from Facebook Messenger using the green + button or an existing tag option.

This helps you quickly answer questions like:

  • How many Messenger contacts have I organized?

  • How many new leads have I added recently?

  • Am I building my lead database consistently?

Focus Sessions Section

The Focus Sessions section shows how many productivity sessions you have completed.

Focus Sessions are short action-based tasks designed to help you follow up, organize contacts, message leads, and move conversations toward booked calls or sales.

This helps you see whether you are consistently taking action instead of just collecting contacts.

Quick Win Section

The Quick Win box gives you one suggested action to take right now.

For example, it may suggest a Focus Session like:

“Message 10 New Leads”

This is designed to help you turn your DMCRM contacts into real conversations, booked calls, and closed deals.

Why The Home Tab Matters

The Home tab helps you avoid losing momentum.

Instead of wondering what to do next, you can open DMCRM, check your numbers, and start with a simple action.

This is useful because most sales are created from consistent follow-up. The Home tab helps you stay aware of your lead activity and gives you an easy way to keep conversations moving.

Best Practices

Open the Home tab at the beginning of your work session.

Check your recent lead activity.

Start the Quick Win Focus Session if you are not sure what to do next.

Use the Home tab as your “what should I do right now?” page.

Common Questions

Why are my lead numbers low?

You may not have tagged many Messenger contacts yet. Open Facebook Messenger and use the green + button beside conversations to start tagging leads.

Why are Focus Sessions showing zero?

Focus Sessions only increase after you complete them. Go to the Action Center and complete a Focus Session to start tracking progress.

What is the best thing to do from the Home tab?

Start with the Quick Win. It is designed to give you a simple action that can help you create more conversations and opportunities.
