Overview

The Pipelines tab helps you visually track where your leads are in your sales process.

Instead of having every contact mixed together, Pipelines let you organize leads by stage so you can see who is new, who is in conversation, who is qualified, and who needs the next step.

This helps you turn Messenger activity into a more organized sales workflow.

What You Can Do In The Pipelines Tab

In the Pipelines tab, you can:

  • View contacts by pipeline stage

  • Drag and drop contacts between stages

  • Manually change a contact’s stage

  • Create new pipelines

  • Rename pipelines

  • Add stages

  • Edit stage names

  • Delete pipelines or stages

  • Open Messenger conversations from pipeline cards

What Is A Pipeline?

A pipeline is a visual sales process.

For example, a basic pipeline might include stages like:

  • New Lead

  • Active Conversation

  • Qualified Lead

  • Booked Call

  • Closed Deal

  • Follow Up Later

Each contact can be placed into a stage based on where they are in your process.

Pipeline Stages

Stages represent the progress of a lead.

A new contact might start in “New Lead.”

After you begin messaging them, you may move them to “Active Conversation.”

If they seem interested, you might move them to “Qualified Lead.”

If they book a call, you can move them to “Booked Call.”

This helps you always know what needs to happen next.

Drag And Drop

In the Full Workspace view, you can drag and drop contacts between pipeline stages.

This makes it easy to update your pipeline visually as conversations move forward.

Manual Stage Changes

You can also manually change a contact’s stage from their contact card or from pipeline controls.

This is helpful if you prefer dropdowns instead of drag and drop.

Messenger Icon

The Messenger icon is one of the most useful buttons in the Pipelines tab.

It lets you quickly open the Messenger conversation with that contact.

This helps you go from planning to action. Instead of just looking at your pipeline, you can immediately follow up and move the deal forward.

Custom Pipelines

You can customize pipelines based on your business.

Examples:

  • Sales Pipeline

  • Coaching Leads

  • Agency Prospects

  • Client Follow-Up

  • Affiliate Leads

  • Event Leads

You can also adjust stages to match your actual process.

Why The Pipelines Tab Matters

The Pipelines tab helps you avoid having leads stuck in random Messenger conversations.

It gives you a visual system for moving people toward the next step.

This helps you:

  • see where every lead stands

  • know who needs follow-up

  • move conversations toward calls

  • track active opportunities

  • avoid losing warm prospects

  • create a repeatable sales process

Best Practices

Keep your pipeline simple at first.

Start with a few basic stages:

  • New Lead

  • Active Conversation

  • Qualified Lead

  • Booked Call

  • Closed Deal

Move contacts as soon as their status changes.

Use the Messenger icon to follow up directly from the pipeline.

Review your pipeline daily or several times per week.
