Overview

The Action Center helps you turn your contacts into action.

Instead of only organizing leads, the Action Center gives you short Focus Sessions designed to help you message people, follow up, update contacts, and move leads through your pipeline.

This is where DMCRM helps you get more conversations, booked calls, and closed deals.

What Is A Focus Session?

A Focus Session is a short, targeted work session.

Each Focus Session gives you a specific task to complete, such as:

  • Message 10 New Leads

  • Reconnect With 10 Old Leads

  • Invite 5 Qualified Leads To Book A Call

  • Follow Up With Follow Up Later Leads

  • Review Today’s New Contacts

  • Organize Untagged Conversations

  • Update Contact Notes

  • Move Leads Through Your Pipeline

Focus Sessions are designed to help you take action quickly.

Why Focus Sessions Work

Many people collect leads but do not follow up consistently.

Focus Sessions help fix that by giving you a simple task and a short timer.

Instead of overthinking, you can choose one session and take action for 5–10 minutes.

Small focused actions done consistently can lead to more conversations, more booked calls, and more closed deals.

Focus Session Timer

Many Focus Sessions include an estimated time.

The timer helps create urgency and focus.

You do not need to finish everything perfectly. The goal is to make progress and build momentum.

Examples Of Focus Sessions

Message 10 New Leads

Use this when you have new contacts who have not been followed up with yet.

This helps turn fresh leads into active conversations.

Reconnect With 10 Old Leads

Use this when conversations have gone quiet.

This helps revive opportunities that may have been forgotten.

Invite 5 Qualified Leads To Book A Call

Use this when you have warm prospects who may be ready for the next step.

This helps move people from conversation to calendar.

Follow Up With “Follow Up Later” Leads

Use this when you previously planned to check back with someone.

This helps prevent good prospects from slipping through the cracks.

Update Contact Notes

Use this when you want to clean up your CRM and remember important details.

This helps future follow-up feel more personal and organized.

Move Leads Through Your Pipeline

Use this when contacts are sitting in the wrong stage.

This helps keep your pipeline accurate and useful.

Completing A Focus Session

To complete a Focus Session:

  1. Open the Action Center.

  2. Choose a Focus Session.

  3. Click Start Focus Session.

  4. Work through the task.

  5. Click Done when complete.

DMCRM tracks your completed Focus Sessions so you can see your progress over time.

Why The Action Center Matters

The Action Center helps you avoid passive lead collection.

It pushes you to take the next step.

This matters because leads usually turn into sales through consistent follow-up, clear next steps, and timely conversations.

The Action Center helps you:

  • start more conversations

  • revive old conversations

  • follow up with warm prospects

  • invite qualified leads to book calls

  • keep your contact notes updated

  • move leads through your pipeline

  • build a daily sales habit

Best Practices

Start with one Focus Session per day.

Choose the session that matches your current goal.

If you need new conversations, choose Message 10 New Leads.

If you need booked calls, choose Invite 5 Qualified Leads To Book A Call.

If your CRM feels messy, choose Update Contact Notes or Move Leads Through Your Pipeline.

Use Focus Sessions when you have limited time but want to make progress.

Common Questions

Do I need to complete every Focus Session?

No. Choose the one that is most useful for your current goal.

What if I do not finish before the timer ends?

That is okay. The timer is there to help you focus. You can continue working or start another session later.

Why should I use Focus Sessions instead of just checking Messenger?

Focus Sessions give you structure. They help you avoid random scrolling and focus on actions that can create business results.

Can Focus Sessions help me close more deals?

Yes, when used consistently. They help you follow up, start conversations, and move prospects toward calls and offers.
