Overview
The Template Library gives you a central place to save, organize, and reuse proven messages for your Messenger conversations.
Depending on your DMCRM access and purchases, the library may include:
Your own saved message templates
Ready-to-use DM templates
AI Prompt Packs
Additional template collections added to your account
This makes it easier to respond faster, stay consistent, and avoid rewriting the same messages over and over.

Why This Tab Matters
A good follow-up system is not only about knowing who to contact. You also need to know what to say.
The Template Library helps you:
Respond more quickly
Stay consistent across conversations
Reduce repetitive writing
Avoid forgetting important details
Make follow-up easier for yourself or your team
Turn proven messages into repeatable processes
Instead of starting from a blank screen every time, you can begin with a useful template and personalize it for the contact.
Best Practices
Personalize every message before sending it.
Use templates as a starting point, not as robotic copy-and-paste scripts.
Match the message to the contact’s situation and stage in your pipeline.
Review names, links, dates, prices, and other details before sending.
Keep your most-used templates short and easy to scan.
Create separate templates for different follow-up situations.
Update templates when you find wording that gets better responses.
Never send a message that feels irrelevant, repetitive, misleading, or overly automated.
Review AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, and compliance before using it.
DMCRM does not automatically send templates or AI-generated messages. You remain in control of what you copy, edit, and send.
Common Questions
Why do I see some templates but not others?
Available templates depend on your DMCRM Plan and any DM Template Packs or AI Prompt Packs associated with your account.
Where are the DM templates or AI prompts I purchased?
After your purchase is verified, the included packs should appear inside the Template Library. Make sure you are logged in using the same email address connected to the purchase.
Can I edit a template before using it?
Yes. You should review and personalize every template before sending it.
Does DMCRM automatically send messages from the Template Library?
No. DMCRM does not automatically send messages or replies. You choose the template, customize it, and decide when to send it.
Can I create my own templates?
Yes. You can save reusable messages for the situations you handle most often.
Can the AI Prompt Packs access my Messenger conversations?
No. The prompts are resources you choose to copy and use. They do not automatically access your Messenger messages or locally stored CRM information.
What should I do if a purchased pack does not appear?
Confirm that you are logged in with the email address used for the purchase. If it is still missing, contact support@arnegiske.org.
